IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES
NO SMOKING INDOORS
Smoking areas: Outdoor areas, room balcony only. Butts found in the compound will be charged.
BREAKFAST
Staff will set up breakfast from 8.00am till 11.00am . Guests are responsible for cleaning up.
CHECKIN/OUT TIME
Check in 3pm Check out 11 am
NO FOOD OR DRINK LEFT
In the Bedroom & any closed-up room. Foods attract ants and wont be comfortable for you.
NO PARTIES
Group events must be discussed prior
WIFI AVAILABLE
Wifi available. The password is in the Reception Counter.
SAVE WATER & ENERGY
Turn air-cond / fan / lights off when not in use. Save water where you can. The energy supply in PD is not that stable
NO ALCOHOL
Not allowed any alcohol in the area
SLIDING DOOR / WINDOW
All door & windows must be closed before going out or sleep. This is for your safety and prevent the room from getting wet if it rain .
MOSQUITO COILS
Are provided in the kitchen trolley. Close your room doors & windows by 6pm.Scatter the lit coils around the property!
SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
Guests are responsible for their own safety.
WEAR SWIM ATTIRE
Wear proper swim attire
NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY
There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk!
FIRST AID KIT
is located in the kitchen and receptions kaunter
OUTSIDE CATERERS
Not allowed. Our kitchen utensils have gone missing. Use our panel caterers or discuss with management for exceptions.
NOISE
Must be minimised by 11pm as we are in a residential area
NO PETS
Sorry, they cant stay !
NO FIREWORKS/ BONFIRE/DRUGS
Strictly prohibited
PAMPERS/PADS
Do not throw large tissue balls & pads into toilet bowl! It will clog! It has happened before 🙁 Use bins provided.
NO SHOES INDOORS
Please dont walk into the home with your shoes.
NO WET TOWELS ON BED
Please hang it on the hooks/racks available. After using pool, kindly dry up before entering the rooms
RUBBISH BINS
Dispose of food waste only in the large black bins with the
DONT MOVE FURNITURE
Please dont move the heavy furniture arround the house.
POOL SAFETY
Children MUST use arm floats if they can't swim. Don't leave children unattended anywhere especially near Pool.
NO STRAY CATS
There are neighbourhood stray cats that loiter around the property, they are not our 'house cats'. Please dont bring them into the home.
NO PEEING IN POOL &AROUNDAREA
Please keep our pools & area clean, and hygenic.
NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN
UNATTENDED
PARK AT THE FRONT AND ALONG THE ROAD
10 cars can fit at the top where the entrance is. You can also park outside the property, along the right side. Park at your own risk
HOMESTAY KEEPER
We have a homestay keeper on site during your stay. You may find him In the dining area. In case of emergencies though , please call 999
ANTS/INSECTS
Insects and ants may come around, please dust your Towels, clothing and bed before use as a precaution.
